We were visiting Napa for Thanksgiving and one of my son's lower bands snapped, he was very uncomfortable. There would be no eating this Thanksgiving, plus making all of us miserable. I called Dr Cooke's office. She called back very quickly and took time from her family to help my son. I wish we lived in Napa so he could by my son's orthodontist. She obviously goes above and beyond and cares for her patients deeply!David
