Not dependable to get services in a timely manner.......for example: confirmed appointments are often suddenly rescheduled to another person, or you must wait a half hour because of ............(fill in the blanks). Services can be switched around when you are in the middle of a color treatment, or when you have a haircut with a specific person at a set time, you are suddenly told you will have to wait, or come back another day, or get your manicure first, while you are siting there with wet, uncombed hair. Very frustrating and poor business practices. Also, they never give you a receipt for any products or services, and will not refund your money even if it is their mistake. I would rather pay more to go to a dependable, reliable salon. The students and staff are very nice , usually, but the onsite owner/manager needs to be more accommodating to her customers, and conduct her business more responsibly.

I was a student at this "school" and I highly recommend you DON'T make the same mistake I did!!! It so outrageously expensive and I certainly did not get my money's worth!! We rarely had an instructor , we taught ourselves most of the material and the room we were given to study in was freezing!! On her website, she brags about how big the school is but in reality, the actual learning/areas are tiny!! Do not go to this school!! It's a rip-off!! It's full of bad energy and the director's karma is coming back to get her!! She's having serious health issues and she has recently suffered a major loss. Don't get wrapped in this place. I would gladly write a hundred more reviews like this to get people to stay away.
